The void.
A sight devoid of vision,
A heart devoid of emotion,
A touch devoid of sensation,
A hug devoid of warmth;
A life devoid of happiness,
A dream devoid wonder,
A past devoid of of chances,
A mind running in distort;
The places i dare not go,
letters and faces i dare not see,
the past i dare not reminisce,
A void i always try to avoid;
but my dreams are full of emptiness,
every idle moment reveals my weakness,
tired of being reckless,
You are the void.
